Message from the Principal
Greetings Wildcat Families and Friends

As I look forward to our fourth year together I am excited about the accomplishments we have made and embrace the challenges that await us! I really am grateful for the wonderful families and students I get to work with each and every day and look forward to another great school year ahead.

We are excited to welcome several new members to our Wildcat Family. Jerek West will be will be filling the middle school position vacated by the retirement of Ms. McLaughlin. Melissa Taylor and Valerie Larsen will both be serving in a long-term substitute capacity in our building until a full-time teacher can be found for the preschool-PM 2/3 position. Mrs. Taylor will be our lead preschool teacher and Mrs. Larsen will be covering the 2/3 classroom duties for Mrs. Bailey on Monday, Thursday and Friday afternoons. Mrs. Cook stepped up to fill our 4/5 elementary position due to the resignation of Mrs. Huntley. With the retirement of Mrs. Morris, Rachel Anderson will now be assisting Mrs. Salzman in the kitchen. Our new transportation and grounds supervisor is Curt Wells, who took over for Mr. Larsen when he retired in June. I know that is a lot of new faces, but you will find nothing but smiles and excitement for the school year ahead from all our staff members. Please be sure and introduce yourself to our new staff when you are in the building!

We remain committed to the work we began last year, focusing on our data driven instruction in an effort to meet the individual needs of all our students. A positive school climate will continue to be a focus for our school as well. Our ASB will be busy planning our monthly PBIS activities for the K-8 staff and students.

Please stop by and visit at any time, my door is always open!
